Terms of Services

These terms cover your use of dapa-checker.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

DA PA Checker shows SEO metrics for websites. DC Score and our free tools are our own estimates built from public data. Domain Authority (DA), Page Authority (PA) and Spam Score are metrics of Moz, provided through third-party data sources. All metrics are estimates, can change at any time and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.

2. Accounts

  • You need a valid email address to create an account. We send a login code to it.
  • One account is for one person. Sharing a paid account is not allowed and may limit the number of devices that can stay logged in.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is using it.

3. Free use and fair use

DC Score and the free tools are free to use within a fair speed limit. Free accounts also get a small daily number of DA and PA checks. To keep the Service free for everyone, the following is not allowed:

  • Creating several accounts, using temporary email addresses, or switching devices, browsers or networks to get more free checks.
  • Using bots, scripts or scrapers to collect data from the Service.
  • Attacking, overloading or trying to get around the security of the Service.
  • Reselling data from the Service without our written permission.

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Accounts closed for abuse are not refunded.

4. Paid plans and requests

  • Paid plans include a number of DA/PA requests each month. Each domain checked counts as one request. Unused requests do not carry over to the next month.
  • Extra request packs are one-time purchases. Their requests do not expire while your account is open.
  • Plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • We may change prices or plan limits. Changes apply from your next billing period and we will tell you before they do.

5. Payments

Card payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax, invoices and payment questions. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to your purchase. When local payment is offered (for example JazzCash or Easypaisa), your plan starts after we confirm the payment.

7. Content and intellectual property

The website design, text, logo and DC Score method belong to DA PA Checker. Moz, Domain Authority and Page Authority are trademarks of their owners. We are not affiliated with Moz.

8. No warranty and limit of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will always be available or error free, or that any metric will lead to better rankings. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made using data from the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
