DA PA Checker

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

This policy explains what DA PA Checker (dapa-checker.com) collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Account data: your email address and display name.
  • Usage data: the domains you check, when you check them, and your plan usage.
  • Security data: a one-way hash of your IP address and a random device ID stored in your browser. We use them to enforce fair daily limits and stop abuse. We do not store your raw IP address with your checks.
  • Payment data: card payments are handled by Paddle. We never see or store your card number. For local payments we keep the transaction ID and the screenshot you upload.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email or the contact form.

How we use it

  • To run the Service, show your results, history and watchlist.
  • To send login codes, alerts you asked for and important account emails.
  • To prevent fraud, multiple free accounts and automated abuse.
  • To understand usage and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal data.

Services we use

  • Paddle, for payments and invoices.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, to tell people from bots.
  • Email delivery providers, to send login codes and alerts.
  • Data providers that return SEO metrics. We send them the domain you check, not your personal details.

Cookies and local storage

We use a login cookie when you sign in and a device ID in your browser for fair-use limits. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep data

Usage and security records are deleted after 90 days. Account data is kept while your account is open. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.

Children

The Service is not meant for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
